In this paper, we proposed a new algebraic construction method of single-row QC
LDPC codes with the column-weight 3 or 4 including the minimum achievable
length
for a given design rate. The proposed parity check matrices have full rank and
have almost the same error correcting performance as that of the conventional
ones.
