Using the modified Reed–Muller(RM) codes, new code-based signature schemes are proposed, which improve the Goppa code-based signature scheme by
Courtois, Finiasz, and Sendrier (CFS). The proposed signature schemes have the quantum-resistant property. The complete decoding can be applied to the proposed modified RM code-based signature schemes, which improve the probability of successful signing and reduce the signing time.
